Discovery, not an online purchase
Enquiries and the initial virtual discussion are free and carry no purchase obligation. This site does not take payments or conclude a build agreement. Paid work starts only after a written proposal and agreement covering scope, delivery, payment and responsibilities.
Prices and ongoing costs
Prices are in South African rand and represent once-off foundational investments. Excap is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT. Consulting hours for tailoring and building are additional. Your written quote must identify the full scope and any hosting, AI usage, messaging, third-party licences, maintenance or support costs. Do not assume those running costs are included or zero.
Existing subscriptions fall away when the agreed replacement workflows are delivered and you cancel the relevant services under their own terms. Migration, integrations and feature coverage must be assessed for your operation.
Ownership, delivery and support
Agri’s offer is a tailored system you own. Your project agreement must explain the handover, source-code and data rights, third-party components and licences, hosting arrangements and access credentials. Third-party intellectual property remains subject to its own licence.
A typical build is around 5 weeks; the agreed scope, timely client input, integrations and acceptance testing determine the actual schedule. Ongoing support is available; coverage, response arrangements and charges for new work are confirmed in the proposal.
Performance commitments
Agri offers at least 60% less time on agreed administrative workflows. The baseline, tasks measured, measurement period, client dependencies and remedy if the commitment is not met are identified during your discovery call and recorded in the contract when services are accepted. Eligibility and remedies for any “it is free” value commitment are also agreed at that stage. There is no universal measurement period or remedy to assume from a calculator.
The 48% productivity figure and portfolio innovation assumptions require operation-specific validation. They are not guaranteed cash returns. Automation still requires appropriate oversight: agronomic, veterinary, financial, legal, tax, compliance and safety decisions need qualified review.
Calculator estimates
Calculators illustrate outcomes from your inputs, not financial advice or a binding feasibility report. Subscription comparisons assume unchanged fees. Admin results value freed working time, not automatic payroll savings. Innovation projections assume the stated benefit is reinvested at the same rate, excluding taxes, inflation and reinvestment costs. Benefit categories may overlap and must not be added together.
Payback comparisons use foundational prices only, not your final project or operating costs. Actual outcomes depend on implementation, adoption and your operation.
Demonstrations and other brands
AJ conversations, sensor readings, auction examples and other interactive examples use illustrative data. They are not live actions, verified farm records or a production management service. Named software products illustrate potential replacement categories; compatibility and full replacement are assessed during discovery. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners; listing them does not imply endorsement or partnership.
